Smooth, strong, and crisp, Material Concepts' high-quality Kraft perforated underlay paper is designed to allow the right amount of airflow while protecting the bottom ply of fabric stabilizing the fabric on the top of the bristle block.

1.Clean, Easy-to-Detach Parts: The primary benefit. After the cutting path is scored or partially cut by the machine, the parts can be cleanly "popped out" from the surrounding sheet (the "matrix") along the micro-perforated lines. This eliminates the need for manual cutting with scissors or knives, which can be imprecise and time-consuming.

Goal: The machine should make a clean scoring sound. After cutting, you should be able to cleanly peel the part away from the matrix sheet.
